Chief Financial Officer\analyst in HR Agency Key People

Our client is an international cybersecurity company specializing in Infosecurity and Threat Intelligence. With a wide range of unique products and services, it provides cybersecurity for companies around the world. Currently, it is looking for a Chief Financial Officer\Finance analyst.

Position Objective

Ensure effective financial management and strategic analysis to drive the company’s growth and sustainable development. The CFO will act as a key partner to the leadership team in making management decisions and building financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, BS, CF).

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Control financial risks and optimize costs.

• Analyze investment efficiency (NPV, IRR, ROI).

• Provide strategic recommendations to the management team.

• Monitor cash flows and ensure transparency of financial data.

• Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and investors.

• Implement and maintain management accounting systems.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience as CFO/Finance analyst (preferably in IT or international companies).

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, and strategic management.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial accounting systems.

• Solid understanding of IFRS standards.

• Experience with strategic analysis tools (BSC, KPI, OKR, SWOT, PEST).

• Background in building and managing financial teams.

Soft Skills:

• Strategic and analytical thinking.

• Ability to work in uncertainty and make prompt decisions.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Leadership and team-building abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience as Finance analyst\CFO in IT companies or international groups.

• Participation in M&A projects or implementation of complex financial systems.
