We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified financial director (CFO) to join a partner of an IT holding company. The CFO's mission is to lead the financial strategy and its implementation, promote transparency, ensure stability and growth, promote financial excellence, explore creative financial options, manage the finances of the group of companies and contribute to the achievement of the company's financial goals.
 

Main Responsibilities

– strategic management. Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy, its alignment with general business goals

– management of the finance department team. Building and leading a highly effective finance team, providing mentoring, guidance and professional development opportunities

– financial control and risk management

– optimization of resource allocation. Collaboration with other departments (stakeholders) to optimize resource allocation

– budgeting and reporting

– budget management

– stakeholder management. Management of relations with financial institutions, banks, payment providers, auditors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust

- optimization of financial infrastructure and payment processes

- close cooperation with departments of legal affairs, compliance requirements and payment decisions, as well as an investment fund to align financial strategies with the general organizational strategy

– management of personal finances of shareholders/partners

– monitoring of cash flows

– optimizing the capital structure and ensuring effective use of financial resources to increase profitability and stimulate growth
 

Mandatory Requirements

- master's degree in accounting, finance , economics or other related fields/ MBA or higher degree in finance will be an advantage

– 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT industry environment. This experience should include a deep understanding of financial processes in a technology company

– excellent (advanced) level of written and spoken English

– experience as a CFO / Head of Finance (5+ years )

– experience of CFO in an IT holding company is mandatory

– experience in the field of affiliate marketing or gambling/iGaming, banking and credit operations, card payments (issue and /or acquiring), investments

– knowledge and experience of working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

– successful experience of managing a large team

– deep knowledge of international taxation. Experience in tax planning and cash flow management

– high competence in financial management, investment strategies, tax optimization and compliance

– knowledge andexperience with accounting software/ERP systems (1C, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

– knowledge of business project evaluation methods
