Financial reporting and controlling: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Adjustment of management accounting policy close to IFRS. Analysis of financial indicators and preparation of recommendations for increasing efficiency for the CEO. 3. Budgeting, financial planning and analytics: Development and control of the implementation of the company's budget. Organization of top managers for drawing up annual plans and budgets. Analysis of deviations of actual indicators from planned ones. Development of financial models for strategic planning. 4. Accounting automation: Implementation of modern accounting and reporting automation systems. Optimization of payment processes. Data quality control in financial systems. Development and visualization of management dashboards. 5. Control of the work of the tax accounting department: Organization of control over the results of the accounting work. Tax and bank compliance. Control of the tax burden..🧩 From you: Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting. Experience of working as a financial manager for at least 5 years. Experience work with a team under the management of 3 people.. Deep knowledge in the field of financial management and accounting. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data. Experience in working with an online business with an annual turnover of $10m + Experience in the implementation of accounting automation systems and reporting based on Xero/QB.
