Key mission

Areas of responsibility

1. Financial strategy and management

• Formation and implementation of the financial strategy of a group of companies taking into account international markets, IP and R&D assets.

• Establishment of financial integration.

between legal entities, centralized control and flexible adaptation to regulatory requirements.

• Management of cash flows, capitalization, risks and financial stability.

2. Group restructuring and construction

• Legal and financial structuring of a group of companies: holding model, tax burden optimization, transfer pricing.

• M&A support, spin-off, creation of new jurisdictions.

3. Intellectual propertyand IT infrastructure

• Evaluation and financial integration of IP assets into the business model.

• Development of financial reporting, BI, ERP, integration with the IT department.

4. International expansion

• Company preparation for entering international markets: financial planning, currency risks, compliance.

• Opening of legal entities in strategic jurisdictions to support IP-licensing.

• Interaction with banks, investors, auditors in Ukraine and abroad.

5. Team and processes

• Transformation of the financial function: treasury, financial control, analytics.

• Mentoring and development of the financial team.

• Building a system of consolidated management reporting, budgeting.

Requirements

• Financial management experience in manufacturing, technological or military-tech companies — from 5 years.

• The practice of building a group of companies, restructuring, international reporting.

• Deep understanding of IP, R&D, IT infrastructure and their financial evaluation.

• Experience of working with DIA City residents.

• ZED experience

• Skillreact to changes and act strategically.

• Proficient in Excel, ERP, BI systems.

• English - Upper Intermediate will be a plus
