We exclusively broadcast UEFA Champions League matches, European Cups and top sports events, including boxing from Top Rank. And we create many more products and services based on OTT technologies.

And all this is done by a team of more than 750 talented and energetic people. Which you can strengthen, because we are looking for a CFO.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in senior financial positions in large companies. Experience in digital, IT, media or Big4 will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of management reporting, financial standards and reporting systems: deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cashflow as well as international standards financial reporting (IFRS) and experience with modern systems for management reporting.
• Optimization skills: the ability to identify opportunities to optimize processes, manage costs and increase efficiency.
< li>Advanced level of English: experience working with English-language reports and foreign partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: strategic business vision, ability to adapt to changes and support high standards of financial discipline.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze large amounts of data, forecast financial indicators, identify risks and propose solutions.

< strong>Will be an advantage:

• Availability of professional certificates: ACCA, CPA, CFA or others.
• Exit experience to the public markets (IPO): participation in the preparation and implementation of the company's IPO process will be a great advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• Financial planning and management: creation, implementation and control of budgets, analysis of P&L execution, balance sheet and cash flow management.
• Management reporting and financial systems: development, implementation and optimization of management reporting systems to ensure transparency of financial indicators and support decision-making.
• Audit and interaction with supervisory bodies: coordination of cooperation with auditors , preparation and support of audits.
• IFRS reporting: ensuring compliance of financial statements with international financial reporting standards, integration of new standards into the company's work.
• Analysis and optimization of costs: identification and implementation of opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Development of financial strategies: determination of the company's financial goals and development of strategies for them achievements.
