Functional duties:

• Adaptation of new employees according to the branch's work model
• Training of employees on banking products Bank, KYC and SSM Tools
• Continuous NCT training and implementation
• Formation of specialists in active sales skills, coaching
• Improving the quality of customer service (increasing the CRI indicator)
• Training and support of the Bank's micro-marketing campaigns in the branches
• Filling in the Checklist and feedback after the visit to the branch;
• Updating scripts for clients based on practical experience
• Conducting and systematizing online/offline trainings for managers/SCAs as necessary
• Participation in regular meetings with department employees, control over task setting
• Cooperation in the segment of lending to legal entities
• Preparation of credit applications up to a certain limit amount

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher economic;
