Chief Executive Officer/ CEO (Fintech, remote) in Preis HR agency

For our client, a fintech company, we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) , work in an office in Kyiv, Vilnius is separated. 

Necessary Skills :

• Experience in management positions in fintech or blockchain spheres at least 3-5 years.
• Deep understanding of blockchain - technologies, cryptocurrencies and payment systems.
• Experience of working with international markets (the company's products are focused specifically on European markets countries).
• Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in an international environment environment.
• English language - Advanced level (written and spoken).

Basic duties:

• Development and implementation of the company's development strategy.
• Manage all business processes, including finance, marketing, sales, operations and development products.
• Ensuring the achievement of key business indicators and efficient use of resources.
• Presentation of the company to owners, partners and other interested parties parties.
• Coordination of the work of all divisions of the company.
• Market analysis and competitive environment, identifying new opportunities for growth.
