We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our amazing team!

• Position type: full-time, remote; PE (3rd group) registration needed.
• Work schedule: 16.00 — 00.00 (Kyiv time).

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving business growth, and ensuring the overall success of the construction company. This role demands a visionary leader with exceptional business acumen, industry expertise, and a proven track record of scaling operations while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

• English B2+ is a must (C1+ preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not required). We are open to considering candidates with extensive leadership experience, even if they do not have a higher education degree in these fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cable installation, construction, utility or related industry (we may also consider a candidate with strong management skills from another industry).
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead business development initiatives to expand market share.
• Represent the company in strategic partnerships, investor relations, and high-level industry engagements.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure efficient and effective execution of all construction projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the executive team to implement policies, processes, and technologies that enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial Stewardship

• Oversee the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure cost control and resource optimization while meeting financial targets.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team and workforce.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across all levels.

Customer and Stakeholder Focus

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Proactively address client feedback and operational challenges to maintain the highest service standards.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Mitigate risks by implementing robust compliance and safety measures.
