Chief engineer (technical director) of production in Everstar

The company has established and scaled its own production of several types of UAVs.

Now they are looking for a Chief Production Engineer style="font-weight: 600; font-style: inherit">.

Main duties:

• Ensuring stable product quality and compliance industry and regulatory standards. inherit; font-weight: 300">Technical documentation management: technical maps, specifications, change control (ECO/ECN)">Cooperation with R&D, quality, supply chain and economic unit to optimize technical and economic indicators of the product
• Implementation principles of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, increasing OEE and reducing cycle time
• Ensuring technical safety of production, compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
• Participation in strategic planning of production development and scaling of the product line

Requirements for the candidate:

Experience in the field of electronics production.
• Understanding of electronic device and component manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
