We took part in such projects as: "Signature" residential complex, "Metropole" residential complex, "38 Perlyna" residential complex, "Pechersk Plaza" residential complex, "Lvivskyi kvartal" residential complex, "Ozerna Gay" residential complex, "Syretski sadi" residential complex ", construction of the Syretsko-Pecherska subway line, reconstruction of the Shulyavsky railway line, and others.

At the moment, we have more than 10 facilities working.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education
• Experience in the position of a GIP
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework and documentation regulating activities in construction (DBN, DSTU, TU, sanitary standards, safety technology, etc. .d.).
• A confident user of MS Office, Auto CAD.
• Ability to defend the company's position before the customer, ability build relations with a subcontractor.
• Independence, ability to prioritize, speed in work.

Responsibilities:

• Control of the economic spending of funds on project work, terms of development of project documentation, compliance of the developed documentation with standards, norms and rules.
• Author supervision, support of the project during examination.
• Author supervision during construction, control of the conformity of construction works to the project.
• Analysis of received technical conditions and initial data for design, formation of conclusions and proposals regarding optimization.
• Full management of the project up to the moment of receiving a positive conclusion from EXERCISE.
• Control of execution of work schedules and design sections, quality of design works.
• Work with the customer, participation in working meetings, conducting business correspondence with the customer
• Approval and protection of the project in relevant organizations and state examination bodies
