Functional tasks:

• Ensuring user service in case of situations that require the help of information technology specialists;
• Performance of operational service general purpose computer equipment, telecommunications equipment, server equipment;
• Ensuring continuous operation of the local computer and information network;
• Diagnostics of computer, telecommunications equipment, means of communication in order to identify and eliminate possible causes of outages equipment failure, replace equipment in case of failure to eliminate malfunctions;
• Install, update, support and administer system and office software provisioning on workstations, user laptops and servers, configuring peripherals.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience from 2-4 years;
• Higher education in the fields of knowledge "Mathematics and statistics", "Information technologies";

• English language level not lower than A2;
• Be able to analyze and control abnormal situations in the operation of technological computers, network equipment of a local computing network;
• Provide quick determination of the causes of critical situations, their clear localization and determination of applied tasks that this critical situation may affect;
• Administration of user account catalogs in services;
• Increase your professional level by participation in educational seminars and self-training.
