Chief engineer of the project in BK Miskbudinvest, TOV

Responsibilities:

Technical management of the construction project at all stages. Coordination of all works according to the project in accordance with DBN, SanPiN, DSTU. Control of document flow, work schedules, quality and deadlines, PCD.

Interaction with the main coordinating bodies.

Quality control of project works, coordination with the customer.

Requirements:

Higher education, preferably PGS

Experience as a GIP or Project Manager

Experience work with the engineering department of the Head of the Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences of Kyiv.

Knowledge of DBN and technological processes, the engineering equipment market.

Competent command of the Ukrainian language.

Excellent organizational skills, the ability to simultaneously manage several objects.

Work in WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, general and specialized computer programs

Availability of a qualification certificate (DIP).

Terms: working hours: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
