In connection with the expansion of production capacity and the improvement of product quality, we invite a Chief Engineer to join the team.

What awaits you:< /p>

• Improving the work of the engineering and technical department:
  Forming the structure of the department and dividing responsibilities between design engineers and technical specialists. Implementation of regulations and standards to improve work efficiency. Organization of training and professional development of the team.
• Global control of implementation of construction projects:
  Organization of design of modular buildings and control of implementation at all stages. Monitoring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality of work. Analysis and resolution of technical problems during construction.
• Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations:
  Control of technical documentation in accordance with DBN and other standards. Conducting internal product audits and implementing innovative solutions. Cooperation with regulatory authorities to obtain permits and certificates.
• Strategic development:
  Optimization of construction processes and preparation of proposals for improving work efficiency. Implementation of modern construction technologies and materials.

What we expect from the candidate:

Work experience:not less 5 years in the construction field.

Education: higher engineering/construction education.

Skills:

• High level of technical expertise in construction.
• Knowledge of DBN, DSTU and other construction standards.
• Experience in managing a team of engineers and design will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD and other engineering programs.

Personal qualities:

• Leadership skills, energy, proactivity.
• Communication and ability to effectively interact with the team.
• Readiness for business trips:within Ukraine (1-3 days)
• Category B driver's license (having your own car will be an advantage).

Working conditions:

• Schedule: standard working day, Mon–Fri.
