Chief engineer of construction projects in Sortis form

Construction company "GARANTBUD" - open vacancy "Chief project engineer".

We have many years of experience in the construction of complex and ultra-complex objects and now we are reaching a new professional level of development, forming our own project department.

Requirements:

• Higher professional education; 
• Experience of working in a similar position for at least 5 years on residential and public facilities; 
>Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the work of contractors/subcontractors. Coordination of project documentation sections; 
• Development of individual sections of project documentation;
• Participation in negotiations with the Customer; 
• Knowledge of modern achievements of the engineering and construction industries and technical solutions; 
• Collection of specifications, approval of projects, examination, work with engineering services of the city; 
• Management of several projects in parallel;
• Participation in author supervision.

• High level of self-organization and attention to detail;
• Be a user of AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat at a level sufficient to issue assignments, check documentation, and develop individual sections.
