Requirements:

• Higher education (engineering and technical);
• advanced PC knowledge;
• experience of working in a similar position for at least 5 years (industrial construction);
• experience of managing a large industrial facility;

• perfect skills in working with technical and project documentation;
• knowledge of engineering systems of residential, non-residential and industrial buildings;
• knowledge of building operation rules, structures, principles of operation of engineering systems and equipment;
• knowledge of design and estimate documentation and executive documentation;
• decent, ready to actively work on objects of various complexity.
• li>experience and the ability to organize work on the construction site, the ability to negotiate with the customer;
• the ability to work with a large amount of information and make decisions in under limited time conditions.

Responsibilities:

• development and control of project schedules (plans), ensuring their successful implementation;
