Support of the full project cycle from its initial assessment to the signing of acts.

1. Strategic planning and preparation of the project:

• development, evaluation of the overall concept of the project, including engineering solutions;
• formation of the project budget;
• formation of the project team: contractors, engineers, estimators, lawyers, tender specialists, etc.;
• planning, setting of tasks and organization of work stages of workers and contractors

2. Management of the construction process:

• control over the execution of project documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements;
• organization of workers of the construction and installation department, contractors and subcontractors;
• control over compliance with construction deadlines, quality and budget;
• solving technical and organizational issues that arise during of construction;
• management of construction logistics, including control of cost, terms, conditions of supply of materials and equipment.

3. Financial control and reporting:

• financial accounting, control of project costs and revenues;
• cost optimization, search for opportunities to reduce construction costs.

4. Interaction with state authorities and obtaining documentation:

• control of timely signing of the AVR, communication with representatives, executive employees of the Customer;
• handover of the object to eoperation, obtaining all necessary acts and permits, interaction with technical supervision.

• Higher technical or construction education;
• Experience in budget construction;
• Implemented projects with budget from 10 million UAH;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of construction standards and technologies, working with state funding;
• Experienceworking in construction at least 5 years;
• Experiencemanaging at least 2objects at the same time;
• Ability to maintain planning schedules
• Ready to work in mode multitask and get rewarded;
