Requirements:

• Higher technical education (engineering, construction, architecture).
• Work experience in the position of chief engineer or a similar position in construction or development companies for at least 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge in the field of construction of residential and commercial objects, including modern technologies and materials.
• Ability to work with design documentation and technical drawings.
• Experience in managing large teams of engineers and contractors.
• Knowledge of regulatory documents and construction standards.


Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of all technical aspects of construction projects at all stages — from planning to completion.
• Ensuring compliance of construction works technical requirements, norms and standards.
• Coordinating the work of contractors, ensuring the coordinated work of all project participants.
• Preparation and control of technical documentation, specifications, plans and estimates.
• Implementation of innovative construction technologies and materials to increase the efficiency and environmental safety of projects.
• Management of technical aspects of safety and risks on construction sites.
• Close cooperation with architects, project managers, contractors and customers .
• Monitoring the implementation of project plans and deadlines, as well as compliance with the project budget.
