What will you do? in this position:Operational and strategic management of the editorial office of more than 40 people who produce content of various formats (news, texts, videos, podcasts); Content planning on all hromadske platforms (website, YouTube, social networks); Control and coordination of the work of the editorial team in the process of content production; Editing of key content in text and/or video format; Analysis of editorial work and preparation monthly reports together with the team; Planning of the editorial budget, its redistribution depending on the needs of the editorial office; Participation in the search for donor funding for editorial projects and development of donor projects; Preparation of the editorial work plan for the year, KPI, OKR of employees; Presentation of hromadske as a brand and/or hromadske products at public events and/or in the media. experience in managing a large team; follow Youtube trends and have ideas for video formats that meet professional and ethical standards of journalism; have a desire implement new technologies in the editorial office (AI); you have experience in business communication; you worked in a similar position; you know English at the B2 level and above; you are characterized by sociability, punctuality, stress resistance, initiative; you share our values.
