Key Tasks:

• Analysis
• Evaluation of the financial condition and reputation of clients
• Checking the borrower's credit history
• Identify client risk criteria
• Completely analyzing and expert examination of credit projects < /
• Organization of Credit Process (Customer Involvement, Development of Credit Projects)
• Checking Protocol Decing Decisions
• Cooperation with Bank units involved in the consideration of credit applications
• Supporting issues at the Credit Committee
• Control and analysis of the effectiveness of banking products
• Preparing reporting on the activities of subordinate branches
• Development and conduct of workers meetings, selector meetings, trainings
• Checking knowledge about the development of a business trainee of micro-, small business in subordinate departments
• Organization of advertising events, presentations, sending commercial offers

• Achieving the established KPI in the direction of micro- and small business
