• accompany credit cases of small and medium-sized businesses, control the quality and completeness of credit case formation;

• ensure effective support of borrowers' credit operations from the moment of acceptance for support of credit cases until the moment of full fulfillment by borrowers of all obligations to the bank under credit agreements;
• monitor the fulfillment of mandatory and additional conditions at support of loan agreements, including:

1. monitoring of the targeted use of loan funds;
2. control over the execution and signing of insurance contracts (second and subsequent years of lending );
3. control over the application of sanctions provided for in credit agreements and/or pledge/mortgage agreements;
4. control over verification of the availability and state of preservation of the pledged property in accordance with the requirements of the bank's internal regulatory acts.

• prepare letters to borrowers/mortgagors/mortgagors/guarantors when accompanying the loan;
• carry out an assessment of the current financial condition of borrowers;
• perform control over the validity payment by borrowers of all necessary payments to repay the loan (including fines, penalties) and performing the necessary actions to remove the encumbrance from the mortgaged property;
• monitor the fulfillment by employees of the covenants department according to the list and provide reports on the implementation;
• participate in the testing of software updates.

• legislation of Ukraine, which is applied in the banking sphere, normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine.
