Chief Defense Adviser in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" announces a competition for the position of chief consultant on security issues in the city of Mukachevo under the terms of the contract until December 31, 2025.  according to the project "Providing assistance in the field of protection and meeting asylum needs for internally displaced persons, returnees and victims of the war in Ukraine".

Requirements: intermediate level of English, experience in the social sphere not less than 2 years; higher legal education;

Responsibilities:

-monitor compliance with the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons on a permanent basis in given locations according to the existing methodology; 

-to carry out regular monitoring of places of stay of IDPs and to provide advisory assistance; 

-regularly and timely provide monitoring reports to Donors

-conduct analysis and form reporting based on information from other subdivisions
