Main responsibilities:

• Selection of the audience for the loyalty program
• Preparation of reports in the direction of customer analytics
• Development of algorithms and models for the loyalty program
• Monitoring and evaluation of model effectiveness
• Creation of technical tasks and specifications for the development of new data sources.
• Participation in preparation and cooperation with the IT department regarding the implementation of CVM models

Basic requirements:

• Higher technical or financial education
• 1+ year of professional work experience (in the field of analytics)
• Experience writing database queries
• Experience in data processing and analysis
• Experience in data presentation and visualization
• Knowledge of the basics of statistics and probability theory
• Ability to build meaningful data visualizations
< li>Writing and optimization of SQL queries
• Data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of the English language at Intermediate (B1) level
