Main Responsibilities:

• In-depth study of customers, including others include:
  • analysis of ownership structure
  • establishment of ultimate beneficial owners
  • analysis of activities, financial transactions, financial status
  • analysis of information in open sources , reputation
  • assessment of the risks of cooperation with the client
  • assessment of the AML process of clients of financial institutions, funds transfer agents
• Inspection and control according to the measures of the NPC
• Working with data, generating statistics, analysis
• Preparation of reports, main KYC metrics for bank clients
• Proactive interaction with the team, business, compliance, IT to fulfill assigned tasks
• Participation in projects, implementation of initiatives to optimize processes

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in economics, law (preferred)
• Banking, namely work in divisions: KYC, financial monitoring (AML), compliance, audit, currency control, internal control
• Ability to analyze a large amount of information and draw conclusions and judgments
• Ability to work with regulatory documents
• Ability to quickly grasp an idea and further develop it independently
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually, be ready to support and help colleagues
• Ability to quickly master new areas and learn
• Confident user: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English at the level (Intermediate - B1)
