Chief Customer Experience Analyst in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Working with bank data arrays and survey results
< li>Performance of analysis and preparation of data for further processing, preparation of reporting on customer experience evaluation
• Formation, loading of sample for research and surveys on customer experience evaluation, control of their representativeness and correctness
• Control of statistical reports that are generated automatically and establishment of the cause of violation of the original data
• Formation of sources for dashboards and their support on the bank's analytical sites
< li>Creation of analytical dashboards with the help of tools used in the company
• Control of the correctness of the work of existing dashboards
• Preparation of analytical materials based on statistical data
• Preparation of one-time (ad-hock) analytical reports/materials by order

Requirements for candidates:

• Understanding principles and methodologies of customer experience: knowledge of key performance indicators (KPI) in the field of customer experience
• Knowledge of reporting standards and data analysis in the banking sector: understanding the specifics of banking data and processes
• Sufficient command of data analysis methods: including experience with large data sets, statistical analysis and interpretation results
• Experience in data preparation and cleaning: knowledge of various data processing methods, ability to detect and correct errors, anomalies and omissions
• Ability to visualize data and create interactive reports
• Knowledge of methods of statistical reporting and data quality control: understanding of the principles of statistical analysis, ability to interpret statistical indicators and detect violations of output data
• Ability to analyze customer experience data: understanding of customer experience indicators, ability to identify key trends and formulate conclusions
• Developed analytical and problem-oriented skills: ability to think critically, ability to identify problems, analyze them and find solutions
• Experience in conducting one-time (ad-hoc) analyses: the ability to quickly respond to requests and prepare analytical reports on order
