Main duties:

• Organization of the copywriting and proofreading department
• Proofing and correcting all text and advertising communications of the bank on the basis of tasks from business units
• Forming the image of a competent, intelligent brand on the basis of brand strategy and brand voice
• Creating or correction of ready-made business scripts for communication with clients online and in branches according to the tasks of the bank's divisions.
• Independent writing or correction of ready-made advertising texts for communication with all client audiences
• Text verification on compliance with legal requirements regarding the advertising of financial services and responsibility for the competent content of all advertising and image communications with clients
• Initiating conceptual changes regarding the content of communications
• Distribution of tasks for creating and writing texts among team members< /li>
• Conducting training events for staff on creating professional communications with clients and partners

Basic requirements:

• Higher education specializing in marketing, philology, journalism, writing
• 3+ years of work experience in a managerial position in a copywriting center or editorial office
• Experience in creating advertising texts, advertising campaigns in the composition of creative pairs (copywriter + designer)
• Experience of training staff in the creation of advertising and informational communications, own editorial materials, blogs, etc.
• Knowledge of the basics of advertising and marketing communications
• Knowledge of the rules of Ukrainian spelling and the basics of editing texts
• Skills of writing, journalism, creation of creative, informational and literary works
• Understanding the difference between advertising text and the text of regular communications , a text that sells
• Understanding the constituent parts of different types of text and the stages by which texts are created
• Attention to details
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
