Key tasks: support of voluntary health insurance for bank employees (formation of documents for the tender, conclusion and support of the DMS contract); current work on consulting employees on the DMS program: insurance conditions, programs, filling, etc.; work with the bank's motivational programs (collection of information, development of motivational programs/ making changes, formation and approval document); work with official memos of bank divisions (review and approval of: search, admission, transfer, change of salary, expansion, removal of position); formation of orders regarding payments within the framework of approved incentive programs (checking of calculations, corrections, etc.); preparation of information at the request of the Bank's subdivisions (monthly plan-factor analysis of FZP, generation of analytical reports according to requests); formation of data for revision of the level of ZF (budget, fact, market); formation of acts and cases for transfer to the archive; timesheeting of employees of the Personnel Department. Experience and qualification: higher economic education; work experience of 2 years or more; skills in working with a large array of data — confident use of MS Excel (summary tables, formulas). Knowledge of Power BI, knowledge of ProFix is ​​welcome; analytical skills, systems thinking, initiative, attention to details, organization, high level of self-control; responsibility and attention to details, meeting deadlines, ability to work in a team, communication, stress resistance, ability to convince, argue and explain, recognize the cause-and-effect relationship.
