Requirements.

Education and experience:

  • Higher degree in business, economics, marketing or related disciplines.
  • Confirmed MBA education will be significant an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the commercial sphere, of which at least 5 years in management positions.
  • Experience of working in international companies, understanding of global markets.
  • li>Experience in working with e-com (understanding of the main sales channels in e-commerce, commercial indicators and KPI)
  • Experience in managing B2C sales, an advantage - managing a contact center (implementing plans, building business processes, managing department, motivation, KPI development, accounting and work automation).
  • In-depth experience in marketing and product promotion (strategic planning, development strategy, implementation of competitive strategy, category management, promotion channels, product management and development).

Project management:
