Duties:

• Ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of civil protection. Provides training and retraining of employees on civil protection issues, organizes training in the relevant field. Organizes the development and implementation of measures to improve the organization of civil protection in the State Energy Efficiency Agency. Provides proposals for draft programs and forecasts regarding the improvement of the civil protection system, prevention of emergency situations and the implementation of approved programs. standards and increasing the existing level of life safety, plans, programs for improving working conditions
• Conducts with employees State Energy Efficiency introductory briefings on civil protection
• Controls the creation of sanitary and hygienic working conditions in State Energy Efficiency,
