Asa CBDO , you will play akey role inmanaging our game department, overseeing ateam ofgame managers, and shaping our strategy for working with game providers. Responsibilities: —Managing the game managers team toensure effective collaboration and performance; —Negotiating terms and discounts with game providers toachieve performance goals; —Interacting with game providers and aggregators tooffer local and network tournaments, game positioning, and promo management; —Coordinating the release ofnew games onour platform, conducting fraud checks, and optimizing game positioning; —Generating and analyzing reports totrack performance metrics and identify areas for improvement; —Ensuring regular lobby reviews and creating promo plans; —Launching network tournaments and pre-launches, controlling banner placements, and monitoring promo activity; —Monitoring discounts from providers and the platform; —Collaborating with other departments such asproduct, loyalty, retention, and marketing; —Preparing for the launch ofnew projects related togame providers. Skills: —Experience inthe igaming industry: 3+years; —Expert knowledge ofgame mechanics, design, providers, and specific games; —Team management experience ofatleast 3people; —Proficiency inEnglish atB2level orhigher; —Successful experience negotiating basic commissions; —Ability tocreate presentations for game providers; —Experience managing deals related tostreamers, free spins, tournaments, and other activities.
