Tasks that will face you:

• Development and implementation of automation strategy 

• Analysis of current business processes

• Automation Project Management

• Evaluation and selection of technologies (evaluation of available automation technologies (RPA, AI, ML, etc.) and selection of the best solutions to achieve the objectives)< /p>

• Creating an automation roadmap

• Formulation of strategic goals for investment in automation

• Definition of priority projects, creation of justifications for investments, including analysis of costs and expected profits 

• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Preparation of project documentation, including project plan, budget, resources, and timeline

• Formulation of strategic goals of automation. 

• Development of a road map for the implementation of automation solutions. 

• Choice of automation technologies (RPA, AI, ML) to optimize business processes. 

• Formulation of strategic goals for investment in automation

Automation project management:

• Definition of priority projects, creation of justifications for investments, including analysis of costs and expected profits 

• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Coordination and control of implementation of automation projects. 

• Definition of key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate the success of projects. 

• Ensuring compliance of projects with established budgets and deadlines. 

Optimization and support of automated processes: 

• Constant monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented solutions. 

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of automated systems. 

What is required of you:

• Higher education in information technology, engineering, computer science or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, of which at least 4 years in a leadership role related to automation.

• Experience in managing large automation projects. 

• Deep knowledge in the field of autoatization of business processes, IT infrastructure and system integration. 

• Owning modern technologies and platforms for automation, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence ) and ML (Machine Learning). 

• Knowledge of project management principles (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.). 

• High level of technical literacy and understanding of IT system architecture. 

• Leadership and ability to manage teams. 

• Analytical mindset and ability to make strategic decisions. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with other departments of the company. 

• High degree of responsibility and the ability to work under stress.
