Chief analyst of credit process automation management in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Control of the process of development and improvement of credit operations software
• Technological support of credit product registration processes
• Development of technical tasks for the introduction of new credit products, optimization and automation of processes related to their registration
• Initiation of modernization and automation processes of credit analysis and work with the client (including including interaction with other departments of the bank)
• Communication with support departments regarding issues that arise during the launch of new processes, as well as support of customer and employee requests related to the issuance of credit products

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in describing and forming technical processes
• Experience in preparing and agreeing technical tasks with developers
• Understanding the specifics of the credit process of business clients
• Practical knowledge of the credit process for business clients
• Ability to systematize and analyze disparate flows of information
• High level of communication skills
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B1) level
