The Coordinating Center for the Provision of Legal Aid is a state institution that forms and ensures the functioning of an effective system of providing free legal aid in Ukraine to protect the rights of citizens, stateless persons and foreigners. For more than 10 years, we have been helping the most vulnerable categories of citizens to restore violated rights and raise legal awareness.

Currently we are looking for aChief Consolidated Information Analyst of the Strategic Planning Division of the Strategic Planning and Finance Department.

• official employment according to KZPP;

• work in a cozy office on the right bank of Kyiv (Lukyanivska district);

• work schedule: Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Job duties:

• perform an analysis of indicators and monitor the implementation of activity plans of the system of providing free legal aid;
• formation of analytical reports and compilation of reporting information on the implementation of strategic documents of the system of providing free legal aid;
• analysis of performance indicators of budget programs of the system of providing free legal aid;
• preparation of answers to letters on the main issues of the system of providing free legal aid;
• participation in the development of proposals regarding the strategic directions of the development of the system of providing free legal aid;
• participation in the development of activity plans of the system of providing free legal aid;
• participation in the development of draft orders, commissions, regulations, letters and other documents;
• organization of meetings, meetings, working groups, etc. (in particular through the ZOOM platform);
• performance of other functions, in accordance with the tasks assigned to the department.
  

Requirements for applicants for the position:

• higher legal or economic education at least second (master's) level">;

• work experience in the field of at least 1 year will be an advantage; 

• proficiency in the Ukrainian language at the level of free communication and structured presentation of one's thoughts on paper;

• ability to work with documents and communicate will be an advantage; li>

• confident use of PC, MS Office, Google services, knowledge of other software products will be an advantage; 

• ability to process large volumes of data, in particular statistical information;
• skills in drawing up analytical reports, including risk assessment;
• ability to apply analytical tools in practice;
• the ability to think logically, to determine cause and effect relationships, to formulate one's thoughts and proposals competently.
