Chief accountant in Brain Source

Our client, an international German pharmaceutical company, is opening the position of Chief Accountant in Kyiv

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance/accounting;
• 3+ years of work experience chief accountant/deputy chief accountant, preferably in an international company; 
• Excellent knowledge of tax legislation of Ukraine, accounting principles and standards of Ukraine; 
• Experience working with tax authorities;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good leadership qualities;
• English (from pre-intermediate will be an advantage );
• Computer literacy: MS Office, accounting programs (1C, SAP will be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring management accounting, tax accounting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• Control of the correctness of accounting processes and accounting operations;
• Ensuring the timeliness and correctness of the submission of official reporting of a legal entity;
• Management accounting department. Setting goals and objectives, promoting professional growth of the team. Leadership and effective interaction in the accounting team;
• Tax consulting to minimize and avoid potential future tax risks;
• Constant monitoring of changes in tax legislation and proactive response to them;
• Interaction with regulatory bodies;
• Coordination of work with external consultants (annual mandatory audit and audit IFRS);
