Chief accountant in HR Agency Key People

Our customer is a leading company in the field of telecommunications services with a full cycle of production and R&D, which is part of a group of companies and a resident of Diya City.

In connection with the expansion of the company's business, we are looking for a Chief Accountant, who will be able to lead the accounting department and ensure compliance with all international standards and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Complete accounting and tax accounting of the company in accordance to the legislation of Ukraine.
• Preparation and submission of reporting under IFRS.
• Keeping records of foreign economic activity (FET).
• Organization and control of accounting processes for all areas: tax accounting, accounting of property, liabilities and business operations.
• Interaction with state authorities, preparation and support of tax audits.
• Development and implementation of financial and accounting policies of the company.< /li>
• Control and analysis of budget implementation, participation in financial planning.
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Management of the accounting department.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of accounting, finance or economics.
• Experience of working as a chief accountant for 5 years or more, in a production or a telecommunications company.
• Knowledge of IFRS (IFRS) and experience in preparing reports according to international standards.
• Experience of working with foreign tax authorities.
• In-depth knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine.< /li>
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, transition from one system to another, configuration and implementation experience).
• Attention to details, analytical mindset, responsibility and stress resistance.< /li>
