We invite to the team a responsible and attentive analytical chemist or laboratory engineer who will combine analytical work with technical control of the laboratory.
Your main duties:
Analytical activities:
Conducting physico-chemical analyzes of raw materials (sugar, cocoa products, fats, dairy raw materials, additives).
Quality control of semi-finished products and finished products.
Determination of indicators: moisture, acidity, mass fraction of fat, sugars, water activity, etc.
Performance of incoming, intermediate and final quality control.
Designing test protocols and conducting laboratory documentation.
activities.Preparation of the laboratory for audits and inspections.
Interaction with technologists and production units.
Our requirements:
Higher education (chemistry, food technology, biotechnology).
Experience of working in a confectionery or food production laboratory (preferably from 1 year).
Knowledge of analytical chemistry methods.
Understanding of the HACCP system and food safety standards.
Confident PC user.
Attention to details, responsibility, systems thinking.
