We are currently looking for a Chat Support Operator to become part of our team and provide customers with quick, convenient and understandable answers to their queries.

(remote work format is not suitable).

What you need for comfortable work:

• Basic skills of using messengers.

Your duties:

• Communicating with customers in the chat.
  Questions can be different - about the product, order or delivery. It is not necessary to know everything - the main thing is to be in touch.

• Transferring appeals to relevant specialists.
  If the topic is not yours, just redirect. All the instructions are already prescribed, and colleagues will always support you.

• Maintaining a friendly and natural style of communication.
  It is important for us that communication should be simple, lively and pleasant.
