Salary: 38,000 - 42,000
Working schedule: Mon - Fri from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location:Kyiv city

We are looking for a responsible person for the position in the team chat support operator. The job is suitable for those who like to communicate with people, type quickly and want to get stable employment without complex tasks.

What you will need to do:
— answer customer messages in the chat
— help with simple questions about goods or services
— transfer complex requests to the manager
— record appeals in the internal system
— comply with company communication standards
