Chat support operator in Guard-Security

Currently, our company is looking for a chat support operator who will be responsible for processing online orders. The work format is exclusively offline! choice: 4/2 or 5/2 with flexible days off.

Main tasks:
• Reception and processing of orders through the site and messengers (Viber, Instagram, Telegram).
• Interaction with colleagues responsible for the assembly and control of order fulfillment.
• Coordination of details with customers: replacement of goods, methods of delivery and payment.
