Chat support operator in Bright Auto

Bright Auto is a modern car dealership specializing in the sale of new and used cars. We value customer comfort and speed of service, so we are looking for an attentive and communicative person to work in online support.

Your main tasks:

• respond to customer messages in the website chat and social networks;

• provide advice on car models, prices and availability;

• forward requests to managers from sales;

• maintain a friendly atmosphere of communication and quality service.

What we expect:

• competent written Ukrainian (Russian will be a plus);

• attentiveness, quick response and courtesy in communication;

• basic skills in using a PC and messengers;

• experience is not required - we provide training!

• schedule Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00;

• rate 35,000 UAH + bonuses for efficiency;
