Chat operator (support service) in Litvin P.A., FOP

We are a modern logistics team that works with e-commerce, local brands and private entrepreneurs. Every day, we help hundreds of shipments get to the right place on time. And now we are looking for someone who will become the voice (or rather, the text) of our company in the chat.

What will you do:

• communicate with customers online: answer questions, give hints, solve situations;

• help businesses with orders, deliveries, shipment statuses;

• conduct a dialogue in a calm, human style (no clichéd phrases);

• to convey complex appeals to colleagues - we work as a team;

• to maintain a service vibe in which customers are happy to stay.

We are for you if you:

• write easily, competently and with respect for people;

• can listen even in texts;

• you like a fast pace and enjoy solving problems;

• you can be online and pay attention to details;

• you have no experience, but you want to learn - we will teach you!
