Schedule: 9:00-18:00 or 9:00-19:00
Working days: Monday-Friday
Work format: offline
Main responsibilities:
processing customer inquiries in the support service chat;
providing consultations based on ready-made instructions and templates;
fixing inquiries and transferring complex questions to relevant specialists;
checking information and providing correct answers to customers;
maintaining a positive and professional tone communication.
