Chat operator (support service) in Shostak V.V., FOP

We are looking for an attentive and level-headed candidate who will respond to customer inquiries via chat and help resolve standard inquiries. The position is suitable for starting a career in the field of customer support - experience is not required, we teach everything.

Schedule: 9:00-18:00 or 9:00-19:00
Working days: Monday-Friday
Work format: offline

Main responsibilities:

• processing customer inquiries in the support service chat;

• providing consultations based on ready-made instructions and templates;

• fixing inquiries and transferring complex questions to relevant specialists;

• checking information and providing correct answers to customers;

• maintaining a positive and professional tone communication.
