Chat operator (support service) in Oasis of Relaxation Spa

Do you like to communicate online and know how to quickly respond to questions? We are looking for a chat operator in the support service who will help customers solve questions, provide information and create a positive experience with the company.

Your duties:

• respond to customer requests in chat and messengers;

• consult on issues of goods, services or delivery;

• transmit complex requests specialists;

• maintain a friendly and professional tone in communication.

• work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday;

• work in office;

• training in communication standards and working with clients;
