Your duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in English and Ukrainian.
• Provide customer support and consultations on various issues.
• Report on the work performed and provide suggestions for its improvement.
• Contribute improving the quality of service customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
