Your main responsibilities:
- Communication with customers: You will be the first line support, providing advice on all tenancy matters and providing useful advice.
- Handling inquiries via chat: Quickly and efficiently respond to questions from potential tenants via the chat system, helping to solve their problems and directing to the necessary departments.
