Your main responsibilities:

• Communication with customers: You will be the first line support, providing advice on all tenancy matters and providing useful advice.
• Handling inquiries via chat: Quickly and efficiently respond to questions from potential tenants via the chat system, helping to solve their problems and directing to the necessary departments.
• Providing accurate answers: It is necessary not only to answer requests correctly, but also to create such an atmosphere that clients feel comfortable and want to cooperate with us.
