Main Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customer questions in the chat.
• Solve technical problems , which arise when using the product.
• Keep documentation of interaction with customers and their requests.
• Ensure quality and speed of responses in the chat.

Key requirements for the candidate:

• Level of English from B2 is mandatory
• Experience as a chat operator or sales manager
• High communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work online.
• Readiness work in day and night shifts.

Conditions:

• Schedule 2/2, 8 hour shifts
• Salary $1000 per month + possible bonuses.
