Payment and schedule

• Fixed hourly rate + bonuses

• Income: 30,000 - 40,000 UAH

• Variable schedule 2/2:

  • day shifts: 09:00 - 21:00

  • night shifts: 21:00 - 09:00

Work format (IMPORTANT)

• Hybrid work format

• During the trial period, all shifts (day and night) — in the office

• After passing the trial period:

  • night shifts — remote (from home)

  • day shifts - in the office

The position is not completely remote.

Main tasks

• Accepting incoming customer requests in online chats

• Assisting customers in solving their questions

• Maintaining a polite and friendly communication style

Our candidate

• Has experience in customer support (chat)

• Fluent in Ukrainian (oral and written)

• Sees himself in the field of customer service

• Confident PC user, high speed print
