Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage;
• Fluent in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken);
• Sees himself in the field customer service and maintenance;
• Friendly and loves all customers, ready to help them with any issue;
• Has the following skills: confident PC user and fast typing speed.

Main tasks:

• Accept incoming requests from customers (e-mail, online chats);
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere in communication with customers;
• Show customer orientation in work and help as much as possible in solving issues.
