In connection with the development of the company, an international outsourcing company is looking for a Chat Operator
The employee will be responsible for remote interaction with users and consulting on technical issues of the product via online chat.
Requirements:
High level of literacy in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Sufficient command of a PC.
Ability to work with large amounts of information, readiness learn.
Communication.
Attention and persistence.
Experience in related fields will be an advantage (customer support major).
Responsibilities:
User interaction:
User interaction: providing qualified consulting? help with technical? and financial? parts of products using communication channels?: online chat, mail.
Familiarization of users with the company's products, their properties, current promotions and offers.
Interaction with other departments of the company: forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users;
Informing about detected problems or errors on supported resources.
