Your duties:

• Communicate with customers and users in the chat: answer requests , consult, help with the solution questions;
• Transmit complex requests to the technical team or other specialists;
• Maintain a database of requests in the CRM system and monitor their status;
• Provide quick and correct answers according to company standards.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has basic knowledge of the job with PC and office programs;
• Attentive to details, patient and friendly in communication;
• Ready to work at a fast pace, maintaining the quality of work;
• Experience in working in chats, centers or with customers will be an advantage, but not mandatory - we will train!
