Chat operator in Melnik M.I., FOP

Our team is constantly expanding and we are currently looking for an energetic and motivated chat operator to join our team in Kyiv.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- communication in correspondence format, in social networks;

- maintaining content on the Facebook page;

- answering questions and providing necessary information to clients;

- solving technical problems and providing support to clients in real time;

- cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure high-quality customer service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

- excellent communication and writing skills, spelling literacy;

- experience working with clients will be an advantage, but we will consider a candidate without experience;

- ability to work in real time and manage time effectively;

- knowledge of PC at a good level.
